Kitchen order can be finalized only after you have finalized the kitchen proposal with us. To finalize the kitchen proposal, we have to receive or take your kitchen measurements and then forward the kitchen design and proposal. Question & Answer 2 below will clarify this point. Once your kitchen proposal is finalized, we will mail you the kitchen order form, which may be endorsed by you and sent back to us.

Kitchen design can be finalized only after the kitchen measurement and layout is available with us. We recommend that we depute our personnel, take the measurements and prepare the layout. You can also send us a mail requesting for taking your kitchen measurements. The procedure is the same for kitchen counter.
We believe that the best kitchens are the one designed by the user himself or herself for they know their kitchens best. What you may need is some help on how to put it all together.
Locate your cooking station based on convenience and belief systems like vastu etc.
Locate your sink station, again based on convenience and perhaps the location of the window so that you are not looking against a wall while washing.
Decide on your storage needs. Make an approximate sketch on the storage cabinets and drawer cabinets between your sink and cooking station and in other areas.
Go to our kitchen accessory section and decide on the accessories that you would like to have.

Kitchen design depends on application, operating environment and specific customer requirements. Kitchen manufacturers in the West presume certain operating design parameters and customer requirements that are significantly different from what we have and need. For instance, our kitchens operate in varying climatic conditions, whereas the kitchens abroad operate in air-conditioned environment. Our kitchens are prone to termite, borer etc whereas kitchens in the west are seldom subjected to termites and borers. We expect life-long durability for our kitchens whereas it is normal in the west to change their kitchens once in a while. The normal delivery period for a kitchen system is 4 - 6 weeks. We will commence installing the kitchens within 3 days of delivery of kitchen in Cookscape locations and within 7 days in other locations. Installation would take not more than 3 clear days. However, it must be ensured that the site is ready in all respects for undertaking kitchen installation.
We undertake kitchen installations. Our installation team would visit your site once the kitchen has been delivered and site is ready for kitchen installation. Installation would not take more than 3 clear days.

It is necessary to make your site ready for receiving and installing your kitchen. Our personnel will provide you with the complete point by point detail of the site modification to be undertaken by you prior to installing the kitchen. Installing a new kitchen may require few or no changes whereas kitchen renovation may necessitate elaborate changes. In Cookscape locations, Cookscape will arrange to do the modifications at cost where as in other locations, the modifications have to be carried out by you based on our stipulations. We will commence installation only after we receive the site readiness certificate from you confirming site readiness.
Once you finalize the proposal for supply and installation of the kitchen, our technical team will give the design for the counter and the counter is normally provided by the Builder and on receipt of the counter at site, our Installation Engineer will coordinate with the counter laying personnel on positioning of the counter and cut outs to be taken for Sink and Hob. The counter is placed on the assembled and positioned floor cabinets. Our team will coordinate with the counter fixing team.
The first step is to understand what are the accessories available. Please go to our kitchen accessory section and find out the different types of accessories on offer. Match it with your storage and handling needs. Our customer services group is well trained to brief you and advise you on the different types of accessories.
The fitment of kitchen accessory will vary from accessory to accessory. Certain accessories are free standing as indicated while certain others fit any kitchen cabinet. There are certain accessories that fit only specific kitchen cabinetry and this is indicated alongside each accessory as exact width of the cabinet in mm, minimum height of the cabinet in mm and minimum depth of the cabinet in mm. Please note that for these accessories, the cabinet width has to be exactly as mentioned for correct fitment where as for the other dimensions, only minimum values are specified. All accessories bought along with our kitchens would be fitted by us free of cost. In Cookscape locations, the accessories would be fitted at a cost of 2 % of the cost of accessories or Rs. 750/- whichever is higher. In non - Cookscape locations, we undertake fixing the accessories at a cost of 3 % of the cost of accessories or Rs. 1500/-, whichever is higher.
Once you have made up your
mind on the product you want to order, please click on the

Once we receive your order,
we send you a confirmatory mail followed up with a hard copy that your
order is accepted and is being processed for fulfillment.
Your final order should be
forwarded to us along with your payment by way of cheque or demand draft
or cash covering the full value. Supplies will be effected after
receipt of your payments.
For kitchens and kitchen counter, your order should be forwarded to us
with 50% advance and the balance amount shall be payable within 15 days
of receipt of our mail that the consignment is ready for despatch.
Despatches will be effected only after receipt of full payment.
The exact delivery commitment will be mentioned in your order
acceptance form.
Any advanced delivery request is subject to written confirmation from
us.
The physical delivery of
the product ordered varies from product to product and place to place.
In Cookscape locations and areas around it, Cookscape arranges for
delivery. In Cookscape locations where we have designated outlets,
certain product categories will be delivered by the outlets. In other
locations, the product will be delivered through reputed transporters on
freight paid door delivery basis. Kitchens and kitchen counters will
always be delivered and installed by our associates or us.
In all cases, the products will be covered by product guarantees, which
will be enforced by the appropriate companies as per their standard
guarantee terms.
Details of delivery of your product will be mentioned in your order
acknowledgement form.
The fixing of chimney, hood, hobs, barbeque and deep fry is fairly simple and is well illustrated in the product catalogues that accompany each product. We undertake installation of the chimney and hood free of cost in Cookscape locations and in cities and towns where we have designated dealers, if the products are supplied by us. In other places, we arrange for installation at a cost of Rs. 500/- or 3 % of the product cost whichever is higher. Installation details for the products ordered by you will be provided to you along with your order acknowledgement form.
Almost all kitchen appliances do not require any special installation assistance. However, products like water purifiers and food waste disposer may require installation assistance.
We undertake delivery and installation of the appliance in locations where we have Cookscape outlets and designated outlets. These locations are listed under CONTACT US. In all other locations, we arrange delivery, installation and servicing of the product through the company office closest to your location, details of which will be forwarded to you along with our order acknowledgement.
We offer comprehensive after sales service for all the products sold through us. After Sales Service is offered in the following manner:
Cookscape Showrooms: Products are delivered and handed over by Cookscape. Cookscape personnel or the relevant company service center or personnel as applicable take care of the service requirement.
Designated Franchisee Locations: Products are delivered and handed over by the designated dealer. Designated dealer personnel or the relevant company service center or personnel as applicable takes care of the service requirement.
Other Locations: Products are delivered through approved transporters. The service responsibility will be handled by the company service center or branch office closest to your location. Details of the service center / branch / concerned person will be advised along with your order acknowledgement form and dispatch documents.
