dipeesh vp2024-09-05Cookspace provided the absolute worst experience. Initially, it was communicated to me that all of the work would be completed and ready for installation within 45 days. However, once I paid the advance, all of the confusion started: no one would pick up the phone properly, multiple follow-ups, and finally, it took more than 90 days to complete. They only care about money and forced me to pay the balance by promising that the installation would be completed by a certain date; we had planned all of our housewarming events and were forced to cancel them due to installtion not completed. Now, almost all of the work they completed, but there are alignment issues everywhere , From Oct-2022 i am following cookspace but no use. I still holding INR 21,000 due to the allignment issues , but they don't seem to care. Cheated me very well; now I am arranging the carpenters myself to correct the alignment issues. Really Really worst experience with cookspace, Their management team is a complete waste of time; no escalation will work with them. I'm writing this review after waiting nearly three months for the correction of an alignment issue; my interior looks so bad; it was a stupid idea to go with Cookspace.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
